1.3. Downloading or using Polo Mate indicates your acceptance of these Terms. You affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or have obtained consent from your legal guardian if you are under the age of 18.

2.1. Registration of a Polo Mate account is necessary for accessing our services. It is your responsibility to ensure registration information is accurate. Account creation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have received permission from a legal guardian.

2.2. Polo Mate allows account creation using your email address. Each user must maintain a single account linked to their own email.

2.3. Your profile can be set to public or private, depending on your preference for sharing information with other Polo Mate users.

3. Use of Polo Mate

3.1. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account information. Polo Mate cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

3.2. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account. Polo Mate reserves the right to terminate your account if content published by you is deemed inappropriate or if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Fees & payment

4.1. Polo Mate offers a trial period after which you must select a subscription plan to continue using our services. Subscription details, including features and fees, are available within Polo Mate.

5. Representation & Warranties

5.1. Polo Mate is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We strive to ensure that Polo Mate meets your needs but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Changes & updates

6.1. Polo Mate reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. These Terms apply to all updates and modifications to Polo Mate.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by French law and any dispute will fall under the exclusive competence of French courts within the jurisdiction of the Customer's domicile.

14. Payment Processing with Stripe

14.1. Polo Mate utilizes Stripe for secure online payment processing. By using Stripe, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

14.2. All financial transactions are encrypted and securely transmitted to Stripe. Polo Mate does not store your credit card details on our servers.
